Four steps, no pressure
Take as long as you need between any of them.
- Send your request when you are ready.
- We give it to a provider in or near Corpus Christi.
- The provider contacts you to arrange a consultation.
- A licensed provider decides what is suitable at the consultation, and the final say on going ahead is yours.
When the provider gets in touch
The first contact is usually short. The provider wants to know what you are interested in and when you could come in for a consultation.
This is a good moment to ask a few practical questions: where they are, who would see you, and what the consultation involves. You do not have to decide anything on that first call. Write down what they tell you and compare it with the questions to ask list.
How your request is passed on
When you send the form, your name, contact details, chosen service and message are passed to a local provider. The provider uses them to get in touch with you about a consultation.
We do not ask for health records, and you should not send them through the form. If you would like to stop being contacted or withdraw your request, the privacy page tells you how.
A licensed provider decides what is suitable for you. Send a request to begin that conversation.
